CREAMY PUMPKIN SOUP 
1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup Half and Half
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Simmer ingredients whisking for 5 minutes.

Serves 4.

This recipe was very very good, but needed a little extra salt and pepper for my taste. Instead of using the canned pumpkin, I used 15 oz pumpkin puree (made from a fresh pumpkin) that I had left over after my husband made pumpkin pies.
