CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 egg
Italian bread crumbs
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Jar of spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Stick of butter

Beat egg (dilute with a little water). Dip chicken breast in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Brown chicken on all sides in butter. Put chicken in baking dish. Saute mushrooms in reserved butter and put a spoonful on top of each chicken breast. Next put a spoonful of spaghetti sauce on top of each chicken breast and top off with Mozzarella cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. Serve.
