EMILY'S FAVORITE CHICKEN 
6 to 8 chicken breasts (skinless)
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
Lemon-pepper seasoning
Parsley flakes
1 c. Mozzarella, grated
1 c. milk
Garlic salt
Sour cream

In skillet, brown breasts in small amount of oil. Salt and season breasts with garlic and lemon pepper. In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour to make a paste. Add milk and grated cheese. Stir until desired thickness for sauce. Pour over chicken in skillet and let simmer (or other serving dish). Bake in oven 5 to 10 minutes. Place dollop of sour cream on each breast and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
