1 whole cut-up chicken or 4 split breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken and lay in glass baking dish skin-side up. Melt butter and baste chicken. Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, Lawry's seasoning salt and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until skin is crisp and brown at 30 minutes cooking time. Baste chicken once with its own juices.
