CHICKEN PARMESAGNA 
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
2 eggs, beaten
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Dip chicken in egg and then bread crumbs. Brown in oil. Arrange breasts in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle other 1/2 of Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
