CHICKEN PARMESAN 
5 lg. chicken breasts, boneless, split
Salt & pepper
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Flour
Parmesan cheese, grated
Spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste. Mix milk and eggs and dip chicken breasts. Combine equal amounts of Italian bread crumbs, flour and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breast into the crumb mixture. Pan fry until brown about 3 to 5 minutes each side. Place breasts in a cake pan or casserole dish. Top with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
