CHICKEN-TURKEY-PORK CUTLETS
 
Cutlets
Flour
Egg, lightly beaten with a little milk
Seasoned bread crumbs
Oil
Optional: gravy
Spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Dip cutlets in flour (on plate). Dip cutlets in egg, bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with gravy or sauce. Serve with melted cheese over it. (Optional - serve with potatoes, noodles or spaghetti).
