CHICKEN CUTLETS 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken cutlets or boneless breast of chicken
1 egg
Milk (about 1/2 c.)
Italian bread crumbs (about 1 c.)
Corn oil

Combine milk and egg and beat well together. Then pour into shallow dish. Dip individual pieces of chicken in milk and egg mixture, then in Italian bread crumbs, coating it well.

Fry in electric frying pan at 375 degrees. Use enough corn oil to cover bottom of fry pan completely. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
