ITALIAN CHICKEN CUTLETS WITH
LEMON AND GARLIC
 
1 garlic clove, cut
1 lb. chicken cutlets
4 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. olive oil
1 egg
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. water
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Bread chicken and fry in oil. Remove. Put in a baking dish. In the same pan, brown the garlic. Remove. Add lemon juice, bouillon cubes and water. Boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

I thought this was amazing. Severed it over pasta. Suggestion is to make 2x the lemon-garlic sauce that goes over chicken. Also use PANKO ITALIAN PROGRESSO bread crumbs. I also ass tiny diced red,green peppers and an onion. so taasty... try KNORRS new chicken broth.. rather then BOUILLON cube.. TASTY!
