LATTICE-TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions
1 c. biscuit mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Thawed and well drained.

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spread mixture into a greased 8"x12" dish. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mixture to form a lattice design.

Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions and bake 3 to 5 minutes.
