BUTTER-CRUMB POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, cut in wedges
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Roll potatoes in butter, then in remaining ingredients. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Pour remaining butter over top. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until tender.
