APPLE CRISP 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 lb. apples
2/3 c. melted butter
Cinnamon

Peel and slice apples with 9x13 inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and eggs together until crumbly. Spread over apples. Drizzle butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 12-15.
