2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butterscotch bits
1/2 c. nuts
3 c. sliced apples

Combine above ingredients mixture. This will be thick! Pour into greased tube pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
