2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. apples (Rome or McIntosh)
1 c. nuts, pecan chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Mix first 5 ingredients; then add remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour or until done in 350 degree oven.
