FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
2 or 3 diced bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
2 oranges, sectioned
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Snipped dates and nuts may be added or any additional kinds of fruit.

Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream, add 1/2 recipe Fruit Salad Dressing (below). Beat in 6 oz. softened cream cheese until smooth. Add fruit and freeze in cupcake papers set in muffin tins. Makes 24 individual salads.

FRUIT SALAD DRESSING:

2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. pineapple juice
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 oranges

Mix cornstarch and sugar in saucepan. Add pineapple, orange, and lemon juices. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool, then store in refrigerator. Use with any combination of fruit by adding an equal amount of whipped cream or dessert topping to a portion of the above.
