LEMON SQUARES (BAR COOKIES) 
2 sticks soft BUTTER
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix together, press firmly in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix together:

4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Pour over baked crust and bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When completely cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

NOTE: Use real butter and real lemon juice (from bottle). Also loosen sides with knife when coming out of oven.
