1/2 c. key lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg yolk
Cool Whip

Mix cream of tartar and egg yolk into sweetened condensed milk. Slowly add lime juice and stir until thick. Pour into 9-inch graham cracker crust. Chill. Top with Cool Whip.
