SAUSAGE AND EGG PIE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 cartons Egg Beaters (sm.)
1 carton milk
1 c. grated cheese
Parsley
Minced onion and onion powder

Brown and drain sausage. Place in pie shell. Mix Egg Beaters, milk, parsley and minced onion. Pour over sausage, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
