Banana Pie (No Eggs)

I made this pie for my daughter-in-law that is allergic to eggs. I've only tasted the filling so far and it was yummy, however, I had to guess on the sugar amount since it isn't listed in the ingredients. After checking a couple other recipes to see how much they used, I used just less than 2/3 cup. Next time I will try a little less, but I would say start with 1/2 cup and add a little if that isn't enough for you.

Followed the recipe but like the other reviewer, I started with half cup of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of salt. I love that you have made this recipe available for those of us who don't use eggs. Thanks so much, the pudding was delicious.
