EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg on top

Beat eggs real well. Then add sugar and beat well. Add milk and stir well. Then add vanilla. Sprinkle flour in bottom of crust, at least 1 heaping teaspoonsful of flour. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Very good added more flavoring, instead of nutmeg I used pumpkin spice. Smells so good!!
