STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Minute Spanish Rice mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Grated cheese
4 green peppers

Brown beef and onion in skillet over low heat. Stir occasionally. Add water, bouillon cube, butter and tomato sauce. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Stir in Spanish Rice mix. Cover and remove from heat.

Cut peppers in half, remove seeds. Boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and fill with meat mixture and place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over peppers and brown under broiler.
