STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lbs. lean ground beef
3 cans Spanish rice
10 to 12 green peppers
1 (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Mix ground beef and Spanish rice together. Wash pepper and cut from stem end to top of pepper. Remove all seeds. Put meat mixture into each pepper (heat up). Then put peppers in baking dish or pan and pour spaghetti sauce over them. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Makes 20 to 24 servings. Freeze any that you do not bake for future meals.
