FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. pre-cooked or instant rice
1/2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (3 lb.) chickens, cut up
1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat together rice, milk, mushrooms, celery and mushroom sauce. Pour into buttered casserole or baking dish. Season chicken pieces with onion soup mix, salt, pepper and arrange over rice mixture. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. For party effect add stuffed olives. Serves 6-8.
