WILLIAM BREAKFAST BREAD 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temp.
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla. Spread on top of 1 package rolls that have been spread in greased 12 x 15 inch pan. Top with second layer of crescent rolls. Beat egg white slightly and brush on top. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon (mixed together) and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
