STRAWBERRY ALMOND BREAKFAST
BREAD
 
10 oz. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chopped almonds

Defrost strawberries. Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy. Add oil, sugar and strawberries. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir in strawberry mixture, mixing until well blended; stir in almonds.

Scrape dough in a greased and floured 8-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Cook in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool.
