CABBAGE - N - STUFF 
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. ham chunks
1 tbsp. oil
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning

Fry ham in oil. After washing and chopping all vegetables, add to pot with ham. Add 1/4 cup of water. Sprinkle seasoning over vegetables and ham. Cook on low heat for two hours.
