CABBAGE ROLLS | |
1/4 lb. cooked ham 1 head cabbage 1/4 lb. corn beef 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/4 lb. pork sausage 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. milk 1 lb. sauerkraut Roll ingredients, placing inside of cabbage leaf (softened in hot water to facilitate rolling). Place in Dutch oven simmering 1/2 to 1 inch water for 1 hour at 325 degrees or 2 hours at 300 degrees. |
