GARLIC POTATOES 
2 1/2-3 lbs. baking potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil

Scrub potatoes and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks (leave skin on). Put rest of ingredients in bowl. Add potatoes and toss until covered. Put into Teflon pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Toss every 15 minutes while baking. Serves 4-6.
