BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN 
6 chicken breast halves, skin removed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. water

Place chicken in baking dish. Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over chicken in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 4-6 for dinner.
