BREAD DOUGH CARAMEL ROLLS 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
Cinnamon, sugar and butter

In an 8x8 pan, put melted butter. Stir in brown sugar and milk. On a floured board roll out bread dough to about 8x14. With a knife, spread a thin layer of butter on dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown or white sugar as desired. Roll up the long way and cut roll in half, then each half into 8 pieces.

Place pieces cut side up on caramel mixture. Let rise in warm place until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25-30 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes, then turn out on platter. (For a 9x13 pan use 2 loaves frozen bread and 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 1/4 cups brown sugar and 1/3 cup milk for caramel sauce.)
