FROZEN BREAD DOUGH CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 loaves frozen bread
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. or 2 sm. puddings, vanilla (not instant)
Nuts, optional
2 tbsp. milk
Cinnamon to taste

Thaw, but do not permit to rise 2 loaves of frozen bread. Break one loaf up in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Melt butter. Add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Mix together. Pour over broken bread. Break 2nd loaf on top. Add nuts. Let rise 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Bake approximately 30 minutes, 350 degrees. Cool, cut out of pan.
