BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 can bean sprouts, undrained
1 can chow mein noodles
1 1/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Brown meat, celery, and onions. Drain. Add all the other ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add noodles and cook, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
