GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 
3/4 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. grated carrots
3 oz. cream cheese

In saucepan, melt marshmallows into pineapple juice. In a small bowl dissolve Jello.

In large bowl blend cream cheese, grated carrots and crushed pineapple. Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate.
