RICE PILAF 
1/2 cube butter
Hand of coil fideo
1 c. rice (I use UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice)
2 1/2 c. liquid, combination of 1 can chicken broth and water
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown fideo in butter (stirring). Add rice, almonds, liquid, salt and pepper. Stir, cover, lower heat. Cook on low until rice is done and liquid is absorbed, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
