JUDY'S PRIZE WINNING CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 soup can of milk
2 c. cooked and cubed chicken or turkey
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350.

Can use chicken bouillon cubes diluted to make 1 3/4 cups broth.
