3 c. sugar
1-1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 sm. can evap. milk
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (if desired)

Mix together sugar, butter and milk. Use a "large" glass bowl. Cook a total of 9 minutes on full power. Do not stir. First cover bowl with plastic wrap for 5 minutes and then uncover for 4 minutes. Take out of microwave and add: peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla (nuts if desired). Mix together well. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
