GRANDMA PRINGLE'S EASY PEANUT
BUTTER FUDGE
 
2 1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. water
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 pt. jar marshmallow cream

Mix sugar and water in saucepan; boil for 5 minutes exactly. Remove from heat and pour mixture over the peanut butter and marshmallow cream in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer for approximately 5 minutes or until creamy and just beginning to stiffen. Pour into buttered pan. When cool, cut into squares. DO NOT refrigerate.
