3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (all)
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tube pan and flour. In large bowl mix flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon and soda. Add the rest, stir until mixed. DO NOT BEAT. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes.

CHEESE GLAZE:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Beat together until smooth.
