EGGLESS CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
1 c. oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 3/4 c. grated Parmesan 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/3 c. lemon juice Mix ingredients well and serve over fresh greens. Without Parmesan cheese, this makes a marinade for fish that is great.

Tastes very good, like ranch dressing, or as good as chicken soup with no chicken, or mayonnaise without the egg, etc. It is not "Caesar" Salad! Al la Caesar, maybe, but it is Not the real thing.
And Neapolitan was given a unique name from Spumoni from which it was derived.
