BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOPS | |
5 slices bread, cut into cubes Whole slices of bread 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained, but reserve 2 tbsp. of the juice 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 sm. onion, chopped 3 tbsp. butter, melted 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 egg 6 pork chops Combine bread cubes, pineapple chunks, celery, onion, butter, poultry seasoning and egg. Mix well. Place pork chops in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Drizzle the reserved pineapple juice over chops. Spoon bread mixture over chops. Top with half slice of bread to prevent crusting of the stuffing. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add water if necessary. |
