CHEESE RINGS 
12-14 oz. sharp cheese
2 sticks butter
3 1/2 c. flour
Dash of red pepper (1/2 tsp. or to taste)

Cream cheese and butter. Add flour and pepper. If too stiff add a drop or two of lemon juice. Put dough in cookie press; form rings and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees until lightly browned. Yield: 6 dozen.
