LOW-CALORIE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. uncooked rice
2 cans tomato soup with 1 1/2 c. water

Grease pyrex dish. Then chop half cabbage in dish. Brown meat and onions. Then stir in uncooked rice. Pour half of meat mixture over cabbage, then put remainder of cabbage, then rest of meat. Pour soup over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
