LOW CALORIE VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 c. tomato juice
4 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 pkg. artificial sweetener
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Any non starchy vegetables: Carrots, celery, string beans, wax beans, onion, cabbage, zucchini, okra, etc.

Combine all ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender. This recipe can be doubled. The more often the soup is heated, the more the flavor improves. I make a large pot of soup and put into two containers, one for today and freeze one for another time.
