ALICE'S CHILI SALSA 
6 jalapeno chilies, fresh
1 scallion onion
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh cilantro (Mexican parsley)
1 lg. fresh tomato
Garlic salt to taste
Dash of salt

Cut up chilies in small fine pieces. Chop up onions into fine pieces. Cut tomato into small pieces. Chop cilantro into small pieces. Add garlic salt, salt, vinegar and olive oil. Mix all ingredients together. Use in burritos, tacos, etc.
