CHILI SAUCE (Salsa) 
10 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes (red and yellow)
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 hot pepper, chopped (add more if desired)
2 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery salt

Cook over moderate heat until reduced to nearly 1/2 quantity started with. Usually takes 2 - 2 1/2 hours cooking time. Can in pint jars. Use in meat loaf, spaghetti sauce, lasagna, over hot dogs, hamburgers, or eat with brown beans. (Yield 4-5 pints.)
