HOT POTATO CELERY SALAD 
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. minced onion
1 can (1 1/4 c.) condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cubed cooked potatoes (hot)

Cook bacon, remove from pan and break into pieces. Cook onions until tender in bacon drippings. Blend in soup, milk, pickle relish, vinegar and bacon bits. Heat thoroughly. Pour sauce over hot potatoes; serve while steaming. Serves 6.
