STEAK AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
1 pkg. onion soup mix
8 carrots, cut up
8 potatoes, cut in chunks
2 to 3 onions

Cut steak in serving pieces. Roll steak in flour mixture. Brown on both sides in oil. Arrange in casserole. Put carrots and onions on top. Sprinkle with onion soup and cover with 3 1/2 cups water. Bake in covered casserole 2 hours at 375 degrees.
