STEAK AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. round steak, cubed
4 med. potatoes, sliced, not peeled
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 pkgs. brown gravy
2 c. water

Brown steak then place into a large baking dish along with pepper and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix gravy with water and pour over ingredients. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
