ZUCCHINI - HAM - CHEESE PIE 
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
3 - 4 small zucchini (3/4 lb.)
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. or less oil
2 c. cooked ham, slivered
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 baked pie shell

Saute onion, zucchini and garlic 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Place in BAKED pie shell. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix into 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Place on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
