SPINACH GRATIN | |
2 lbs. fresh spinach, cooked & well drained or 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, drained 1 c. cooked brown rice 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. catsup 1 tbsp. horseradish 1 tbsp. melted butter Combine all ingredients and pour in oiled casserole. Combine 3 tablespoons wheat germ and 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Pass warmed tomato sauce for topping. |
